Investor in People
As an accredited ‘Investor in People’ for over three years, we’re proud to deliver gold standard training and development to every member of our team. We have a structured one-month training programme for new starters, and a continuous Personal Development Programme thereafter which entitles every member of staff to £1,000 worth of training and development annually. That includes internal and external training, best practice workshops, coaching, mentoring and even one-on-one NLP sessions.

We scour the world for innovative ideas, and then we review, adapt and implement those ideas to make our own business better.
Life-changing experiences
We’re not talking about a few basic business seminars here and there either. Our entire team attended a three-day workshop with the legendary motivational guru, Tony Robbins. It was a real journey for everyone – made all the more memorable by walking across red-hot coals at the end of the event! Our leadership team also attended an inspirational two-day seminar in Paris with business guru, Keith Cunningham. These were genuinely life-changing experiences, which encourage learning and self-improvement in every member of our team.
