A recruitment consultancy is an incredibly demanding environment, it is fast paced and always changing. As a consultant at Chase Zander you have the autonomy and ownership of assignments to work to your own style, always with total integrity and honesty to the candidates, clients and colleagues you work with. As a Talent manager you are given the same level of responsibility as well as continual support from the consultants whose roles you are working on. In a recruitment consultancy you can expect to either manage or get involved in a number of activities including client meetings, account management, candidate sourcing and selection, retained search assignments, headhunting, tendering for business and providing CV advice, career advice and dealing with salary / contract negotiations. Innovation and dynamism is expected from all the team to continually improve and implement new ideas to generate business. You will need to be able to work under pressure and manage a challenging workload by prioritising and planning the tasks which will yield results. You'll have to respond positively and proactively to targets whilst always giving outstanding customer service to everyone who comes into contact with you.
You will be fully inducted into Chase Zander, receiving training on our sectors, accreditations and business processes. You will receive support and guidance from your manager and the whole team.
