There will be a lot of phone based work. You’ll learn how with just one call make you can create a new client who will give you lots of business and help you smash your targets. You’ll learn how in just one call you can headhunt a senior level director that you have never spoken to before and yet in that conversation establish real trust and rapport. And at the end of the recruitment process you’ll learn how in just one call you can make a jobseeker very happy by letting them know they got the job. They are all great experiences and we will show you how to do them all professionally.

A successful recruiter will build a network of clients and candidates who rely on their recruitment services for every career move they make. It takes time but its the best investment you will ever make. Its not all hard work either as you will do your fair share of client entertaining over coffee and regularly over lunch or drinks.
