Chase Zander is a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial Executive Search and Selection Consultancy. We are currently seeking to recruit two outstanding graduates to join our graduate scheme for Executive Search Consultants.

For successful candidates our excellent graduate trainee programme will help you become one of the best in the industry and quickly equip you to deliver prescriptive, intelligent recruitment solutions to board level of the world's leading financial services companies whilst your peers start at the very bottom.

You will join us at a very exciting time in our development as we seek to double our size year on year over the next 3 years which will offer you excellent progression opportunities and high earning potential.

Year One OTE £30,000
Year Two OTE £50,000

The ideal candidate will have:

*Minimum 2:1 degree

Our offices are situated in the middle of Greenwich, London and are a few minutes walk from Greenwich mainline station and Greenwich DLR which are just 10 minutes from London Bridge and the City and 10 minutes from Canary Wharf. Greenwich is also easily accessible by car from the M25, Kent and Essex.

A Day In The Life Of A Recruitment Consultant

I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do when I left university but luckily several of my friends had taken jobs in recruitment. It seemed to offer everything I was looking for in terms of lots of people interaction, structured training, client facing work, the chance to help people, good fun and the money helps as well!
It was hard initially and I had to learn a lot quickly. I started as a resourcer / researcher dealing with candidates and working with consultants to fill their roles. After proving myself I was given the opportunity to become a consultant with the chance for much more client contact and an increase in package.
That meant getting stuck into business development and cold-calling which was another steep learning curve but the buzz in the office when someone has success makes it really exciting and that has stayed with me ever since.


A few years on and I have developed relationships to board level with some of the worlds leading companies. I meet with them regularly sometimes over lunch or drinks. These senior people now ask me for my advice and Chase Zander has given me the training to work consultatively with both senior level clients and candidates. Now that is something not every recent graduate can say!
