With a well established client base and a portfolio of clients recruiting extensively and consistently we have a great opportunity for a bright, energetic resourcer / researcher to assist with both executive search and selection and key contingency roles and to work closely with the MD. For the successful candidate there are clearly defined progression opportunities to Resourcing Manager or to Recruitment Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years experience as a resourcer or researcher and ideally have excellent experience of researching for headhunt campaigns although this is not essential
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to candidates to Director level.
• Experience of the Financial Services, IT or Business Change Management recruitment an advantage but not essential.
