  • To meet with you face to face before submitting you to a vacancy.
  • To only submit your CV to opportunities that we have discussed with you, and you have agreed on.
  • To feedback from the client on progress of application and final outcome.
  • To provide regular, up to date information on the market and changes to legislation that may affect you.
  • To prepare you as fully as possible for client meetings / interviews including initial CV guidance, preparing for the meeting and interview techniques.
  • To advise on market rates for Interims.
  • To maintain regular contact whilst on assignment for Chase Zander including on site visits where appropriate.
  • To guarantee prompt, regular payment of invoices and expenses.
  • To deal efficiently and professionally with any questions or queries arising.
  • To provide each new Interim placed with a ?Welcome Pack? detailing all of the information required and outlining how your contract will work.
  • To efficiently handle any changes to your status.
  • To continually review and improve our contractor charter and ensure that every individual at Chase Zander understands Interim Management and our Best Practice.
  • To ensure everything we do is in line with DTI and EAA regulations.
  • To provide you with an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
