This is a great opportunity for a bright, energetic resourcer / researcher to join a very high calibre and close-knit team in our Birmingham office to help us transform and grow our recruitment business. For the successful candidate there are clearly defined progression opportunities to either Account Manager, Resourcing Manager, Senior Researcher or to Recruitment Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum 1 years experience and ideally 3-6 years experience as a recruitment resourcer or researcher
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to candidates to Director level
• Experience of IT recruitment an advantage but not essential.
