The recruitment of the best people is both our business and makes our business outstanding.
By involving our whole team in regular refinement and redefinition of our mission statement and values we create a serious and long-term commitment in each other. This is especially evident in our growth plans where consultants can see a multitude of career paths and options unfolding which are also inextricably linked to their own success in their current jobs.
We have invested significant time and effort to develop an extensive on-going training programme as evidenced by our Investors in People accreditation. This programme consists of one on one coaching with some of the best people in the industry as well as internal and external courses to help everyone achieve their maximum potential either in recruitment or in business support as well as honing their interpersonal and management skills.
We don’t just remunerate the team on making placements but also on living our Brand Values through which we are building the kind of company that we always wanted to work in but couldn’t find previously. The aim is to exceed everyone's expectations and give the client a consultant who is a highly-trained specialist who will understand their business and continue to place excellent candidates with them for much longer than the average life span of a consultant or researcher.
In short, we consistently strive to make Chase Zander an outstanding place to work, a fun environment where people are treated like adults and where the team get on so well with each other that they choose to socialise with each other outside of work. In fact the whole team walked 50km across the Pennines over two days (including camping two nights!) in 2007 for charity so you could say we know each other very well and are a close-knit team.
