I worked with Chase Zander for almost 3 years and it still remains the best company I have ever come across for a number of reasons. The ‘work hard, play hard’ ethic is often sold to prospective employees as a company USP yet never delivers when you’re a week into the job, but with Chase Zander this is not the case. After a hard week or exceptional month you will be rewarded with anything from a bottle of champagne and a pat on the back right the way through to a night out on the tiles and an extravagant meal.

Teamwork rules at CZ, and if you are under-confident or lacking in some sort of training that you know will make you better at your job – you can utitlise your training budget to help better yourself and get further qualifications in your field. All along the way you will receive support and coaching from an exceptional Director in the shape of Adam Tallamy who is only made to look better by the calibre of the team he seeks far and wide to employ.

Despite leaving Chase Zander for pastures new along an altogether different path, they remain friends and associates that I am and have been proud to recommend to people who are looking to be employed or employee specialist recruitment services themselves. I have learnt many valuable lessons from Chase Zander which have helped me become successful in my life both from a business and personal point of view, and I would never hesitate to recommend them as one of the most vibrant, invested and exciting specialist recruitment companies I know.
