Our mission
In creating a focused mission statement we have created a framework to help us make choices about people, investments, clients and other resources both today and in the future. This helps prevent us trying to be all things to all people at all times and keeps us focused.
Our mission statement is four-fold and we have developed SMART objectives behind these headline statements which act as our roadmap to achieve them;
Our brand values
Every company has a brand even if they don't treat it as one. Our brand values describe the behaviours that will ensure we achieve our mission and 'win' the business. To that end we have broken down the following core values to incredibly specific examples of behaviour rather than loose intangibles.

Our Customers already have a perception of what our business means to them. Building a brand just means communicating the message about ‘what we do’ and ‘how well we do it’ to them clearly and in a much more effective and focused way. As such, branding helps us improve customer loyalty.
As a business it provides us with a framework to interview and reward staff beyond the purely financial targets that drive most businesses today. By interviewing and ultimately recruiting all of our staff against our brand values and getting them to really live the values we are not only ensuring their individual success but are linking our day to day activities closely to our strategic goals.
