The ideal candidate will have:

• Successful track record as a recruitment consultant
• Proven ability to develop new business leading to significantly improved relationships and increased fee generation
• Superlative relationship building skills
• Degree level educated
• IT or Business Change recruitment experience within the Financial Services sector preferred but not essential.
