We wanted to create a name that would tell people about who we are and how we work.

Chase represents the proactive, fast methods of working that we utilise everyday, whilst a 'Zander' is a predatory fish which is notoriously difficult to catch. So, what we are trying to say (albeit slightly tongue in cheek) is that we only go after, and catch, the sort of high calibre candidates that aren't easily identifiable and yet who can make a really positive difference to your business.
