Our customers know what we stand for; they respect and appreciate our values, and as a result, we’ve enjoyed incredible brand loyalty over the years. They’re not the only ones who have noticed either. Following our 2009 Investor in People Survey, our assessment team commended us for actively living and breathing our brand values to such an extent that they had only ever assessed one other comparable business.
