Adam Tallamy

I started Chase Zander in the midst of the previous recession in 2002 with a clear vision  of the kind of business I wanted to build and the positive impact it should have on all involved with it. Like every business, we’ve had highs and lows, successes and failures, growth and contraction. And although it’s been a rollercoaster at times, the experience we’ve gained in the process has made our business what it is today and sets us up to be an outstanding success. We have stayed true to our values throughout and made a difference.

Having taken a step back and worked at the non-executive level between 2008 and 2010 I fully re-engaged with the business again from the start of 2011 as Managing Director and as an executive recruiter for leadership roles.

My previous background includes obtaining a 2:1 in German and Economics, working as a cocktail barman in Germany and 3 ski seasons in Austria and Switzerland prior to spending 3 years with the PSD Group in London. I was Principal Consultant and top biller in PSD’ permanent IT recruitment division where I recruited both IT and Business Change leadership professionals.
