Green Issues

Every company’s activities have the potential to affect the environment but we’re determined to minimise our own impact, and we’ve created our green policy to:

  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and codes of conduct
  • Increase awareness among employees, suppliers and candidates on environment issues, including measures to minimise adverse impacts from waste and travel
  • Reduce waste generation through recycling office waste, supplies and equipment, and switching off equipment and lights at the end of the working day
  • Ensure minimal emissions of carbon through switching-off heating during warmer months, reduce the frequency with which office supplies are ordered, employ locally based staff, use public transport whenever possible and buy fair trade products.

We’ve even introduced a tax-efficient bike purchase scheme for our team. It keeps our people fit and healthy – and it’s good for the environment.

We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our business performance – and part of this is to regularly review our green policies. Making improvements, wherever possible, keeps us at the forefront of the industry. As a business, that’s the only place we want to be.
