Pounds, pence and percentage points alone don’t add up to the kind of company we want to be. And although being profitable as a business is a our number one priority – for us it’s only one part of the bigger picture.

CSR at Chase Zander is about looking beyond the pure profit motive. We believe that having a positive impact on the world around us is a crucial measure of our success. We have done since day one.

How we interact with each other is as important to our CSR objectives as how we treat our clients, candidates and suppliers. For us, it’s about minimising our impact on the whole of our environment and about giving something positive back. That’s why CSR is so close to our hearts and gives us more motivation than most to be successful.

When we think about CSR at Chase Zander, we consider three main areas:

1. Green issues and minimising our impact on the environment

2. Community projects and charity work

3. Creating the right culture for CSR to make a difference
