At Chase Zander, we recruit for ITBusiness Change and Executive Appointments across the business. We’ve been leaders in the field since 2002, delivering Search and SelectionPermanentInterim andContract recruitment solutions  for leading UK Financial Services clients.

We started Chase Zander with the vision to shake things up in the recruitment industry. We wanted to prove that, by doing things differently, we could be outstanding; we could be successful, and we could be our competition’s worst nightmare. From humble beginnings in 2002, we’re now amongst the most respected in the industry. Initially specialising in IT and Business Change in the financial services sector, we’ve broadened our consultancy offering to cover executive roles across the business.

Of course it hasn’t all been plain sailing. Like every business, we’ve had highs and lows, successes and failures, growth and contraction. And although it’s been a rollercoaster at times, the experience we’ve gained in the process has made our business what it is today and sets us up to be an outstanding success in the future.

Now is an exciting time for us. We’ve recently moved to new offices in Soho and started growing again following the credit crunch.

These are big steps forward and it’s rewarding to see that by staying true to our brand values we’ve built something we’re all genuinely proud of. Why the name Chase Zander?

Come to our offices expecting to meet someone named ‘Chase’ or someone named ‘Zander’ and you’ll be disappointed. Come to our offices expecting to meet a team of first-class fishermen, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Confused?  Allow us to explain.

Our business name isn’t who we are. It’s what we do. It’s a metaphor for how we work, or rather, how we chase, the biggest and best fish in the water. A Zander is a notoriously difficult fish to catch, as are the type of high-calibre candidates we go after, but with dogged determination, skill, and knowledge, we reel them in time and time again.

It’s not the obvious name to go with, but we delve a little deeper than most. And true to our name – if you ever fancy a wonderful day’s fishing, you couldn’t find better company.
