At Chase Zander, we recruit for IT, Business Change and Executive Appointments. We’ve been leaders in the field since 2002, delivering Search and Selection, Permanent, Interim and Contract recruitment solutions for top-flight candidates and clients across the UK.

We started Chase Zander with the vision to shake things up in the recruitment industry. From humble beginnings in 2002, we now have offices in Birmingham and London, and we’re amongst the most respected in the industry. Initially specialising in IT and Business Change in the financial services sector, we’ve broadened our consultancy offering to cover executive roles in virtually every major industry and sector. We’ve recently invested in state-of-the-art new premises in the centre of Birmingham, upgraded our IT infrastructure, and launched a brand-new website.

It’s an exciting time for us. And it’s rewarding to see that by staying true to our brand values – service, integrity, dynamism, commitment, innovation, and success – we’ve built something that we’re all genuinely proud of. Why Chase Zander?

Come to our offices expecting to meet someone named ‘Chase’ or someone named ‘Zander’ and you’ll be disappointed. Come to our offices expecting to meet a team of first-class fishermen, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Confused?  Allow us to explain.

Our business name isn’t who we are. It’s what we do. It’s a metaphor for how we work, or rather, how we chase, the biggest and best fish in the water. A Zander is a notoriously difficult fish to catch, as are the type of high-calibre candidates we go after, but with dogged determination, skill, and knowledge, we reel them in time and time again.

It’s not the obvious name to go with, but we delve a little deeper than most. And true to our name – if you ever fancy a day on the water, you couldn’t find better company.
